How to Access Website, FTP, and Email Control Panels from the Customer Service Portal Print

To Access Control Panels for any or all of the following:

• Website Files
• FTP Accounts
• Databases
• Email Accounts and Forwarders

Follow these steps:

1. Login to your account via https://portal.easyonnet.io
2. You will be on the Home Page for your Account.
3. A list of your services will be displayed in the center of the screen, and beside each service there is a View Details button.
4. Click View Details beside the service you wish to access (your website domain will be clearly shown on the line)
5. You will be taken to the summary page for your website services. 
6. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, where you will find icons for: 
   cPanel
   File Manager
   phpMyAdmin
   Webmail
   and the WordPress Toolkit
7. cPanel is the master panel through which all services are available, click the cPanel button/icon and you will be redirected to the control panel for your hosting services.
8. The other shortcuts are just quick shortcuts to specific parts of the panel, but cPanel link is the master.
